Payments
We do provide documentation (superbill) to you. This documentation can subsequently be used to provide to insurance companies for inquiry regarding reimbursement.
You will be billed at the end of each appointment. We utilize Zelle for the processing of all charges. For our rates, please inquire for more information.
Additional Clinical Work
Various clinical work such as communications with teachers, other providers, therapists, PCP, pharmacy, family communications greater than 5 minutes , and/or document review will be billed at an hourly rate.
Late/Cancellation Policy
Patients/families that have cancellation of appointment within 48 hours prior to appointment will be billed $250. Those that show up greater than 15 minutes late to their appointment/no shows will be billed at the regular reimbursement rate.
